Terms & Conditions
1. VENDOR will be given access to the place that is agreed upon by both parties no less than 1 hour before the Event starts to set up Vendor's station, goods to be sold, and anything else that is needed and customary to vend at the specific location.
- SET UP will begin at 8:00am
- CLEAN UP will begin at 1:00pm and must be completed by 2:00pm
2. The VENDOR will not vend any items or services that are not disclosed in the "VENDOR Description of Service" section at the Event without prior written consent from the HOST.
3. VENDOR Station will be no bigger than 10x10; and shall be clean and orderly; and shall follow all applicable laws and regulations in the State of Rhode Island.
4. VENDOR will have access to the location for up to 1 hour following the Event has concluded at 1:00PM to dismantle and remove all items brought to the Event by Vendor. Vendor shall leave the location in similar condition as it was prior to setup.
5. VENDOR's staff may exhibit those goods are for sale only while the staff is within the area of the vendor's specified location.
6. VENDOR agrees to hold the Host free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above-mentioned Event.
7. VENDOR agrees to pay the Vendor Fee and understands this is non-refundable after 10/1/22. Host is not responsible for any sales or lack there of during the Event and the Vendor Fee is NOT refundable for any reason after 10/1/22.
8. Agreement between VENDOR and HOST under this form is only valid for Cuddles of Hope CAR SHOW Fundraiser on October 9, 2022 or if a rain date is applied. This is a one time event agreement and does not reflect any future events hosted by Cuddles of Hope Foundation.
9. HOST or another representative from Cuddles of Hope has the right to ask VENDOR to leave if any terms & conditions are broken OR if any issues arise during the EVENT where safety becomes a concern. Vendor Fee is not refundable if asked to leave
